My 3 Step System To Get Over Writer’s Block
How do you do it?
Figuring out how my writer’s block operates has been an enlightening journey. What I’ve learned is that my best writing ideas tend to emerge when I’m not actively thinking about writing.
It’s as if the universe conspires to serve me the inspiration I need to keep my words flowing.
I feel petrified and incapable to write a regular sentence…
The Aha Moment:
Recently, I had a breakthrough in understanding my creative process. It happened when I found myself in an auto service shop, of all places, waiting in the passenger seat.
Instead of dwelling on the task at hand, I started jotting down three rough drafts of potential articles. Later, I discussed these ideas with my partner and promptly transformed two of them into published articles.
I used Google Keep to create quick sketches of the articles during my time in the waiting area. Surprisingly, when I sat down at my computer, it felt like my brain was in full control.
My fingers danced across the keyboard, and the words flowed almost effortlessly. It was like I was on auto-pilot, and I hardly needed to make extensive edits, thanks to real-time feedback from Grammarly.
