I really try to follow Jeff Bezos’ advice on decision taking — Take decisions with 70% of the info. We really need to decide and to do things fast. Most of the things can be adjusted over-the-air anyway. Perfectionism and slow decision making are really sabotaging everything we do. Awesome and inspiring article :)
