The number of friends doesn’t matter
When I was young, I used to be some sort of people pleaser. I wanted to be part of different groups, the get the chance to spend my time with the cool and popular people from school.
As I grew up, I started to see friendship differently. Are you ready to read the top 3 things I had learned about friendship?
You don’t need a lot of friends
When it comes to friends, it should be quality before quantity. You don't need more than 2–3 good friends.
The people you hang out with from time to time aren’t your friends if they don’t show up when you need help.
Childhood friends that remain close are BFFs
My best friend is a guy I grew up with. We became friends while children, back in the times when we were innocent.
Despite life taking us on different paths, we are still friends and reconnect easily when we get in touch.
True friendship passes the “time test”
Do you have friends you don’t speak with too often? Do you need to constantly speak and meet with somebody, to keep your friendship alive? If so, that’s not friendship, you know?!
