3 Things I (And Many Others, Probably) Hate About Medium These Days
Dunno, maybe I’m just a hater today.
Don’t know about you, but I wanted to write this article for a long time.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not going to step into the “I quit writing on Medium” boat. No!
But despite not wanting to quit, I feel that everything around the platform became depressing.
Here is my list of things I hate about Medium.
All the Money Making Articles
Seriously, you are making it look like it’s very easy to become a millionaire here.
You give the impression that the people not earning so much money as you do are just a bunch of losers.
You know, maybe not everybody wants to quit their jobs for the online-writer wet dream.
All the Crying About the Algorithm Changes
My feed turned into a river of depression.
If I would have received .1$ for every crybaby that wrote something about his Medium problem, I would be richer than Jack Welch.
Can we just return to reality, please? This platform does not owe you anything! Be happy that you managed to squeeze it out of money…
